- Programming concepts and budgets developed through meetings with the client, users, and other members of the design team.
- Budgets that are accurate. Initial projections developed early in the project are refined and maintained through the purchasing stage.
- Coordination with all members of the design team to integrate the most acceptable audio system design into the architectural concept.
- Information to the electrical engineer for the design of conduit, grounding, and power distribution systems.
- Information to mechanical and structural engineers for cooling and integration of equipment and systems.
- Complete development of all systems designs. System procurement costs are reduced and systems are of better quality, because critical design work is not left to the contractor.
- Active coordination with other members of the design team at all stages of the project. This includes attendance at relevant coordination meetings, review of documents provided by others, and the most flexible possible approach to the solution of problems.
- A purchasing specification, complete with equipment lists and installation details.
- Assistance in the procurement process. We prefer to actively participate in a pre-bid or negotiating meeting with potential contractors for systems.
- Advice to and coordination with the contractor during the installation process.
- Complete inspectional and commissioning services to insure that the project has been completed as specified.
